Complete the guest portrait booking form below to confirm if your date is available. A non-refundable deposit of $600 and a signed contract is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost, which will be due 1 week prior to your wedding date.

I bring all of my own materials, including lighting, signage, shelves to display portraits, and a white or black tablecloth. I only require a 6' table and chair to be provided at the venue, as well as a nearby outlet and a water source.

Nope! When guests stop by my table, I'll take a photo of them to use as a reference for their portrait. They're free to rejoin the festivities, or stay nearby to watch the painting process.

I can move to a different location once during the night, as long as a 6' table and chair are provided in both locations.

Guest portraits are placed in a clear sleeve for a clean finish and safe keeping.

Many of your guests will! I can paint at your event for up to 5 hours, and complete up to 50 individual portraits (or 25 couple portraits) during this time. If you want to make sure all of your guests are painted, I will take photos of the remaining guests and complete the portraits in my studio at an hourly rate.

Portraits completed after the event will be shipped to the newlyweds within 3 weeks of the wedding to distribute to their guests. Shipping fees are not included.
